In a big catch for consulting firm Aurtus founded by Vishal Gada, his former colleague from Dhruva and now partner at ELP - Ritesh Kanodia is joining the firm as Partner. Widely respected in indirect tax & GST circles, Mr. Kanodia's joining will bolster Aurtus' indirect tax offering. Mr. Kanodia is bringing along his team as well - Meetika Baghel, Kewal Satra & Nitin Gupta. Terming this an 'entrepreneurial' journey, Mr. Kanodia in a comment to Taxsutra, says "Starting on my own has always been a dream. Mr. Kanodia previously served as Partner at reputed organizations such as Economic Laws Practice, Dhruva Advisors and Vox Law. He is a well regarded tax lawyer with over two decades of experience in the areas of GST advisory, litigation and advocacy. Additionally, Ritesh also has deep experience with Foreign Trade Policy matters including customs laws and regulations and Export control matters.
